But not that the saddest part. The saddest part of your dream will ever come true. Would the financial aspirations and freedoms of you and your family lifestyle, the same that no other interest under Network Marketing, realized. You might think that all you have to do to attract other people in your company to your product line and the profit potential and explain the organizational structure to show. You would think that other people stories promises a successful trip the light fantastic game for the public, send them in a fit of “I want to join!”
But you would be wrong. Dead wrong. And companies will not grow and you will not succeed and will not be a dream come true.
It is the simple reason that people are not impressed or inspired your product line, profit potential, organizational structure, or success stories. They are impressed and inspired by you.
For those people looking for you to say, they want to look at you and see you for real, if you have to say is gold or Fool’s Gold. For some people the idea of a challenge, because many people
believe that there is no difference between their message and they are. Why hide them behind their messages: one product, organizational structure, their profit potential, a PowerPoint.
Therefore, it hides so much, because we are afraid to be truly reflected.
If you think, should think again.
Each radar is an intuitive scanning for other people during their credibility, but we can radar is turned off and leave us open to fraud. Without the deception of others, but self deception.
We all know the disappointment of this, we not?
If our radar on, what we need? We are looking for integrity, transparency, honesty, truth. We want to see if the speaker their verbal and nonverbal expressions that show use, rather than hide their true intentions, a true motives, purpose, and goals. We are looking for, and detection, as the speaker of the truth – they tell.
Credit may not come from you, then your message. Only when you fully and openly shown that people start with their full attention to hear you are open to influence them.
But if you confronted with people without hiding, without pretense, an affectation of any kind, people will open for you and your message.
That is precisely where the communication starts, not before.
I want to develop your own bnsiness building, you can be taught to fear of the people of leverage remaining workers, so as parents, are consumed by poverty and scarcity. You can learn communication “techniques” to help you embed your message to your subconscious mind, members of the public, or give your message greater impact and Oomph. These techniques can only do the one thing that is guaranteed to promote, transfer, and convince your audience. You can also learn marketing strategies, sales techniques, beautiful packaging – not the help you really build your business. In network marketing, you’re the message! Forget the techniques and strategies and get really right.
Are you willing to do this? I conduct practical terms, what does it mean? An American actor James Cagney once asked by novice actor for advice. Mr. Cagney all acting chops and wisdom in the answer, “You walk into the room, plant your feet, look me in the eye, and tell the truth.”
Realized I had locked myself in the idea of freedom, the idea of authenticity. But really free to speak to authentic, well, that was different materials. Had kept me afraid of the consequences. Had stopped my fear of condemnation. Ofjudgments was afraid I stopped. But I saw that all imaginary, it was really my decision to keep himself from my life in a free and faithful, then the truth without hiding and show themselves. What can happen if we really look, without our masks and roles and ideologies and sales pitches and high commitments? We want to be seen.
And some deep fear that we, as we appear, we will be criticized and seen as “not good enough.”
Therefore, it hides so much, because we are afraid to be truly reflected. We are afraid we do not measure up, that our fundamental but not well. It is existential fear of lack.
Do not you think so? Well, try this. I can practice speaking in public workshops and authentic self-disclosure and it is a challenge for anyone, even experienced presenters polished.
Next time you have the option of a sales meeting, get up, without speaking, and only contact with the eye of everyone in the room. See the members of the public. Let them see you. This relationship is the authenticity that the condition for real communication: see and be seen. Speaking The contact sport, you should contact and touch her. You are creating a connection of intimacy and vulnerability before you speak.
This is where the risk comes only when you’re with people, you risk to be seen and you risk the inevitable decisions of others. This is how you speak dignity and holy relationships. This is how credibility and trust. This is how you encourage others to their own internal greatness, and joy abound.
